What is the P30•3 Challenge?

P30•3 is not a diet. It is not just a fitness program. It is a daily lifestyle built on the 7 Pillars of a Purpose-Led Life — designed to tend to your whole self, every single day. Mind. Body. Spirit.

Most routines treat the body in isolation. Most faith practices treat the spirit in isolation. P30•3 says all three are one thing — and when you tend to all three daily, you do not just feel better. You become more of who God designed you to be.

30 Push · Movement

30 minutes of intentional cardio every single day. Honor the body God gave you to carry this vision.

Choose Your Pillar

Each day opens with one of the 7 Pillars as your intention. Cycle through all seven across the week — Prayer, Purpose, Positive Mindset, Preparation, Productivity, Patience, and Prosperity. The pillar shapes how you pray, how you move, and how you nourish yourself that day.

30 Minutes of Cardio

Every day you move your body for 30 intentional minutes. Walk, run, cycle, lift, dance — whatever honors your body in this season. Not to punish yourself. To honor the vessel God gave you for everything He placed inside you. Non-negotiable. Daily.

3 Daily Nourishment Commitments

Each day make three intentional choices to nourish your body from the inside out — a minimum of 3 wellness products that supports your health, intentional hydration throughout the day, and one mindful food choice that reflects the seriousness with which you take the body God gave you.

Repeat. Every Day. On Purpose.

The challenge is 30 days. The lifestyle is forever. After 30 days you will not want to stop — because you will feel the difference in your energy, your clarity, your confidence, and the way you show up for everything God has called you to.
